Ingredients
1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
2 slices Kretschmar provolone cheese
2 slices Kretschmar Off the Bone Honey Ham
3 slices Kretschmar Pepperoni
2 slices Kretschmar Salami
2 slices tomato
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon banana peppers
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 hoagie roll
Directions
  1. Place the shredded lettuce, provolone cheese slices, ham, pepperoni, salami, tomato slices, red onion, and banana peppers onto a large cutting board.
  2. Chop up all the ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add mayonnaise, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, plus salt, and pepper to the top of the chopped mixture.
  4. Chop and mix until the ingredients are well combined. Spoon into hoagie roll.
