Ingredients
1 lb petite sirloin steak
2 cups broccoli
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 package stir fry noodles
Directions
  1. Slice petite sirloin steak into 1-2 inch strips. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. Add soy sauce & oil to a large skillet, adding the steak and cooking for 3-5 minutes over medium heat. Remove the cooked steak and set aside. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and saute for 2-3 minutes and then add that to the beef you've set aside.
  3. Rinse the skillet and then cook stir-fry Noodles according to package instructions in the same pan. Add the cooked steak and broccoli back into the skillet with the noodles.
  4. Gently combine and warm over medium heat for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is hot and the broccoli is tender.
