Ingredients
All-purpose flour, for dusting
2 sheets frozen puff pastry (from 17.3-oz package), thawed
8 oz goat cheese, softened
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 ounces prosciutto , torn in thin strips
6 asparagus spears, trimmed and shaved

Keep pastry on parchment, transfer to rimmed sheet pan. Score dough ½ inch from edge all the way around to make border. Poke dough all over with fork inside border. Bake 13 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. Press down center of pastry along border to flatten.
